Dual Temp Meal Delivery Carts
Dual Temperature Carts are used in applications where the meal is served in two different trays. Put the hot food in one tray and place it in the heated compartment of the cart. Put the cold food, flatware and condiments in another tray and put it in the other compartment of the cart which can be ambient or refrigerated. Push the cart to housing unit and hand inmate both trays.
