We’ve found a number of materials that do certain jobs better than any other products on the market today. JonesZylon's unique High Temperature resin, for example, offers greater strength to products used in cook/chill systems. The copolymer we use offers greater cost savings with almost the same durability as polycarbonate. Our emphasis on finding better materials –and using the best quality materials available– helps customers get products that better meet their particular needs. It’s part of the fresh thinking approach we bring to product development.

This unique polymer offers significantly higher impact strength and durability than conventional materials. Trays made with High Temperature resin can easily withstand the rapid changes in temperatures required by the cook/chill process. These trays can withstand temperatures from -40° to 400°F and are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Still the most popular material for serving trays. This rugged material is both dishwasher safe and microwave reheatable while it withstands temperatures from -40° to 225°F.

The polycarbonate we use is the highest quality on the market. It is stain resistant and is F.D.A. approved. Yet these products are very competitively priced against any polycarbonate products on the market today.

This revolutionary material combines durability with extra security features and a low initial purchase price. It will not shatter and has a dull edge when broken, so that it is less likely to be used as a weapon. JonesZylon copolymer is both dishwasher safe and microwave reheatable while it withstands temperatures from -40°
to 212°F. It is an F.D.A. approved material.
